Zusammenfassung: | This research article
is devoted to the topic of the creative initiative formation of the teenage
student personality, which is one of the most important tasks of modern
educational institutions. Theoretical and methodological analysis of the
modern scientific approaches to the determining the concepts of creativity,
activity and initiative is provided. Integrative concept of «creative initiative» on the basis of the theoretical analysis of modern approaches to understanding its components: creativity and initiative were analyzed in the
research paper. The relationship between the subjective assessment of the respondent’s own possibilities (personal volitional features, activity and
self-esteem) and the level of creative abilities development is studied. The
analysis of the characteristics of the subjective assessment of the respondents’ personal characteristics, depending on the level of development of
the originality of thinking is represented. It is analyzed that the initiative
is a form of activity manifestation that outruns the request from outside,
the result of what is the realization, objectification of the «internal» in the
external social space. It is concluded that the identification of the initiative
is preceded by some inner aspiration, which follows after the correlation of
external circumstances and personal possibilities. It is shown that the peculiarity of the individual’s creative initiative is some search activity that
comes out the boundaries of the given conditions. The schematic understanding of the significant difference between the initiative and the creative initiative is represented. The author’s understanding of the concept
of «creative initiative» on the basis of the theoretical and methodological
analysis and empirical research, based on practical experience is shown in
the paper. |
