Pancreatic cancer is a kind of digestive system tumor with high malignancy, characterized by insidious onset, rapid progress, high mortality and poor prognosis. Exosomes show great values in the research of occurrence, development, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of pancreatic cancer. In this article, we provide a review on the recent advances of exosomes in pancreatic cancer. |
