Orbital mass and hairy kidney as characteristics of Erdheim‐Chester disease

Abstract Erdheim‐Chester disease (ECD) is a rare non‐Langerhans cell histiocytosis, involving multiple organs. We report a case of ECD with typical features of an orbital mass and "hairy kidneys," whose recognition can lead to early diagnosis and treatment.
