Summary:The purpose of this paper is to identify and analyze the strategies capable to promoting the processes of integration and inclusion in the school system. Manage phenomena such as disability and types of diversity in a rich context of social relations, as the school, is very complicated. In this respect it proposes an approach which is capable to overcoming the exclusion barriers and stimulate a social and educational development in the school.
