| Summary: | The paper deals with the specific features of megaprojects. Problems related to real estate reproduction in the course of construction megaprojects implementation were analyzed. Considering the specifics of construction megaprojects, recommendations for their performance assessment were developed. Issues relating to development arrangement and planning at all management levels (strategic, tactical and operational) were considered. Recommendations provided in this paper can be used for the assessment of megaproject performance and formation of KPIs for the participants of the construction process. |
