description | for this purpose, areas of the Mashhad’region 9 have been chosen due to having an effective ecological role compared to other urban areas, which are subject to the threat of destruction.in this study, applied research and descriptive-analytical method has been used to collect data including library studies and questionnaires by the statistical community of experts in Mashhad’s 9th region, based on a theoretical framework. the analysis of the findings is statistically-descriptive, using the step-by-step method of ANP network analysis and Shannon entropy, and TOPSIS is based on the variables, urban systems, criteria, and indicators of research, which were finally drawn by using arc GIS software. finally, it is observed that the district 3 municipality is not in good condition in terms of urban ecology. based on the Topsis technique, it was found that weakness in the indexes of citizens' participation rate with urban institutions, increasing sense of belonging to the neighborhood, the proportionality of length and width of passages and employment rate, as well as weakness in environmental sustainability and social-economic sustainability variables and weakness in the transportation and access system and the environmental system have had a negative impact on the city's urban ecology. on the other hand, according to the ANP technique, it was found that stable transportation criteria, class gap reduction and street biological systems, transport access system, and economic system are the highest priority in the region. And the socio-economic stability variable was determined as the most effective variable with the Shannon entropy technique |
