Description
Summary:The present paper highlights all the conditions to be taken into account in order to create a space for promoting e-learning system supporting the acquisition of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) skills through ICT by the learner. Based on a successful experience of creating and teaching coordination of an e-learning mechanism dedicated to the preparation of C2i (Computer and Internet Certificate) level 1, the authors clarify the sense they wanted to give their resources and learning paths to encourage online development of competences. They also analyze the job transfer operated by the DL (Distance Learning) in educational practice of teacher and, on a broader basis, in the whole teaching staff, keen on seeing their student’s progress. Finally, they emphasize the significance of the political-economic context that, despite the goodwill teaching, widely determines the success of learners, users of devices ODL (Open and Distance Learning).
