| description | The paper analyses a pressing problem of creativity stimulation for the purposes of innovation development. Creativity stimulation is analyzed as an element of an organic system and can be accepted as recourse development having a big influence on all elements of organic systems for creativity development that covers recourses, processing, results and consumption. The article analyzes relation between the level of employee’s creativity and an environment provided for creativity development in an enterprise. The classification of the methods stimulating creativity is present based on the analysis of 12 wildly used methods and is oriented toward innovation development. Proposals for how to use the methods of creativity stimulation for the purposes of innovation developments are presented.

Kūrybiškumo skatinimo plėtojant inovacijas metodiniai aspektai
Santrauka
Straipsnyje nagrinėjama aktuali kūrybiškumo skatinimo plėtojant inovacijas problematika. Kūrybiškumo skatinimas nagrinėjamas kaip organinė sistema. Kūrybiškumas suvokiamas kaip išteklių plėtojimo veiksmas, turintis įtakos visiems kūrybiškumo organinės sistemos elementams. Straipsnyje tiriamas darbuotojų kūrybiškumo lygio ir įmonės kūrybiškumui palankios terpės ryšys. Atlikta 12 plačiausiai taikomų kūrybiškumo skatinimo metodų analizė ir pateikta šių metodų klasifikacija, orientuota į inovacinės veiklos plėtrą. Remiantis atliktais tyrimais pateikiami kūrybiškumo skatinimo metodų taikymo siūlymai atsižvelgiant į kūrybiškumo, kaip organinės sistemos, sampratą.
