| description | يتناول هذا البحث جهود الإمام ابن رسلان في تراجم أبواب سنن أبي داود، والكشف عن مدى التزامه، أو مخالفته لعناوين وترتيب الكتب والأبواب. وقد بيَّن البحث من خلال تقسيم فصوله عن الفوائد الحديثية والفقهية واللغوية وغيرها، والتي كشف عنها الإمام ابن رسلان لإيضاح تراجم الكتب والأبواب عند الإمام أبي داود؛ كعنايته بعناوين الكتب والأبواب من خلال ضبط بعض الألفاظ الواردة في بعض عناوين الكتب والأبواب، واستشهاده بالقرآن الكريم، والحديث الشريف؛ لتقرير المعنى اللغوي، مع بيان ترجمة مختصرة لترجمة الباب إذا اقتضت الحاجة إلى ذلك، واهتمامه بفقه تراجم الأبواب اهتمامًا كبيرًا، والوقوف على اختلاف الألفاظ بين النسخ الواردة في سنن أبي داود، كنسخة ابن العبد، واللؤلؤي، وابن داسه، وابن الأعرابي، وغيرها.AbstractThis research deals with the efforts of Imam Ibn-Raslan in translating the chapters of Sunan Abi Dawud, and revealing the extent of his commitment or violation of the titles and arrangement of books and chapters. By dividing its chapters, the research shows the benefits of hadith, jurisprudence, linguistics and others. They were revealed by Imam Ibn-Raslan to clarify the translations of books and chapters by Imam Abi Dawud such as his attention to the titles of books and chapters by controlling some of the words contained in some of the titles of books and chapters, and his citation of the Noble Qur’an and the Noble Hadith to determine the linguistic meaning. In addition, there is an explanation of a brief translation of the translation of the chapter if necessary, along with his great interest in the jurisprudence of the translations of the chapters, and identification of the differences in words between the versions contained in Sunan Abi Dawud, such as the copy of Ibn al-Abd, al-Lu’ali, Ibn-Dasa, Ibn al-Arabi, and others. |
