This article attempts to describe how mainstrem of interpretation Qur'anic verses and Prophetic traditions associated with the theme of polygamy understood deconstructivelly—by continuing to explain the relationship between text and context so appear a new interpretation of the text itself.
[Salah satu hal yang menarik dari perdebatan dan kontroversi poligami adalah bahwa masing-masing pendapat merujuk pada sumber yang sama, yakni ayat al-Qur’an surah an-Nisa’ [4]: 2, 3, dan 129, serta sejumlah hadis Nabi Muhammad yang terkait. Tulisan ini mencoba untuk menguraikan bagaimana mainstrem tafsir ayat al-Qur’an dan hadis Nabi yang terkait dengan tema poligami tersebut untuk kemudian dipahami secara dekonstruktif, yakni dengan senantiasa mengurai hubungan antara teks dan konteks sehingga diharapkan munculnya pemaknaan baru terhadap teks itu sendiri.] |
