An effective monetary policy must find its foundations in international organisation that is directed at a framework of solidarity that goes beyond borders. It is in this case, it is about establishing a referential monetary parameter that is suitable for defining a measure of valuesthat is valid for individual national units and conforms to the integration of various countries. In this brief note, inspired by Cecyl de Strycker’s A single currency: utopia today? Reality tomorrow?, the author provides some considerations on the subject.
