This paper summarized the postoperative nursing management of 3 patients with urosepsis after surgical treatment for urolithiasis. Key issues of nursing included preoperative prevention, diet guidance, intervention of preventing and controlling hyperpyrexia, psychological care and medication care. Tips and suggestions were also provided for the prevention and treatment of urosepsis after surgical treatment for urolithiasis.
