Summary:Study of the pancreas of the rats at different periods deadaptation to valley, after 60 day adaptations to mountain has revealled significant change, which at the first periods of the study (7, 15 day) were concluded in edema stroma, inflammatory round cells, plethora container and grousing connective tissue between share and around acinus. At late periods of the study dominated change, expressing grousing connective tissue stroma ferrics with atrophy acinus parenchyma and dystrophic change acinous hutches (picnosis, vacuolization of cytoplasm). Deadaption has found the weakening an compensatory reaction with prevalence destruction processes in pancreas.
