description | Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems have been adopted by many Iranian organizations in these days. These systems have revolutionized organizational computing by facilitating integrated and real-time planning, production, and customer response. While some copmanies have achieved significant efficiencies through ERP, others have complained of failed implementations, budget overrun, and disappointing performance. This dissertation draws upon Diffusion of Innovation (DOI) theory and Information System Success (IS) theory to test the effective variables on ERP implementation success. Data were collected using survey through the componies that purchase ERP. Data Analysis has performed with Anova Test, T Test, CFA and SEM.The period of this study is the autumn of 1391. Results reveal that competitve pressure are positively related to user satisfaction and organizational performance. On the other hand, the influence of user satisfaction on organizational performance is significant. While percieved complexity, training and top management support are positevly related with satisfaction of operational managers, but don’t have a role in improving organizational performance. It seems that these variables just lead to increase user satisfaction. |
