The contribution presents an orientation experience from a pedagogical perspective that took place in the context of a Project aimed at promoting social and labour inclusion opportunities for women with minor children from Ukraine. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, it was appropriate to proceed with a qualitative approach (Ravitch & Carl, 2019) aimed at broadening the understanding of women refugee’s challenges and providing an opportunity to give voice to their personal experiences as proposed by the most recent scientific paradigms of constructivist and narrative career counseling (Savickas et al., 2009).
Pratiche inclusive in tempo di guerra: un’esperienza pedagogica con donne ucraine.
Il contributo presenta un’esperienza orientativa in prospettiva pedagogica che si è svolta nel contesto di un Progetto volto ad ampliare le opportunità di inclusione sociale e lavorativa delle donne con figli minori provenienti dall’Ucraina. Per raggiungere gli obiettivi dello studio è stato ritenuto opportuno procedere con un approccio di stampo qualitativo (Ravitch & Carl, 2019) finalizzato ad ampliare la comprensione delle sfide delle donne rifugiate e a fornire un’opportunità per dare voce alle loro esperienze personali come proposto dai più recenti paradigmi scientifici dell’orientamento di matrice costruttivistica e narrativa (Savickas et al., 2009).
