| description | Launched in France by the so-called Social Modernization Act in 2002, VAE opened a fourth access way to qualification: the possibility to obtain a degree by experience recognition and validation. The study proposed in this article, based on the french context, examines the factors of co-dependence between the national certification system and the development of the VAE, and then, examines the impact of the development of VAE on the guidance and counseling practices for adults. The study concludes with an analysis of the conditions of a sustainable development of system, who are considering the experiential knowledge in the systems of validation, in a paritarian and reciprocal logic with the academic knowledge taught in the formal systems of apprenticeship.

Implementada por uma lei considerada como uma modernização social em 2002, a validação de experiências adquiridas (Validation des Acquis de l’Expérience – VAE) abriu uma quarta via de acesso à certificação: a experiência adquirida. A análise realizada neste artigo centra-se inicialmente no contexto nacional, os fatores de co-dependência entre o sistema nacional de certificação e o desenvolvimento da VAE, para então interrogar o impacto do desenvolvimento da VAE sobre as profissões e práticas de orientação de conselho e acompanhamento de adultos. Para concluir, o estudo interroga as condições de integração da paridade de saberes experienciais e de saberes acadêmicos nos sistemas de certificação. |
