Electrodeposition of palladium (II) from a glycinate electrolyte with allowance for complex formation
Taking into account complex formation in glycinate electrolyte as a function of different metal-ligand ratios, the E-pH (Pourbaix) diagram has been calculated and a composition of glycinate electrolyte has been proposed for the deposition of fine-crystalline, plastic, adherent palladium coatings
