| Summary: | In the present article author considers some aspects of formation and development of the global information and communication Internet and domestic (Russian) segment. In the research the author pays special attention to history and practice of development of the information and telecommunication Internet in the former Soviet Union. Author analyzes penetration of the Internet worldwide, questions of growth of penetration. The author emphasizes that penetration has made only 61.4%, thus, on penetration percent the Russian Federation takes the 8th place among these 20 states. |
