Summary:The struggle of the peasant for access to land is known to us, however, in this work we are willing to reflect on the historical process that culminated in this situation, from Marxist readings. Thus, the list just Marxism, and education as ideological apparatus in favor of the capitalist state. Here we discuss the process of primitive accumulation, which drove the field’s man forced to sell their labor power in large industrial cities, leading to a new social order imposed by capital. To maintain this order, the bourgeoisie has launched and resorting to various tricks, including laws, which prevented during the period of primitive accumulation, the return to the field, labor laws, which have been modified and has been throughout history and remain in force and education, that figure, so far as the state ideological apparatus that causes individuals to see their integration into the process of capitalist exploitation as something natural.
