year of education students. During November-December 2018 the necessary data were collected through the use of observation, individual and group interviews, testing. In January-February 2019 the obtained data were studied through the use of analysis,
systematization, statistical analysis, generalization. Results: According to the results of the research during the 2018-2019 academic year were identified factors of influencing on the educational motivation of student-sportsmen: the attitude of the teaching staff to the
students, psychological background in the student group, interest to the discipline. students’ desire for self-realization. An important integrated factor is the image of the teacher, which reflects his desire to constantly improve, to have an active life position, the desire to
teach students – to seek interesting and accessible teaching, to be disciplined, to counsel, to support students, to provide their recommendations for learning, able to work. Conclusions: The research findings the need to integrate pedagogical and psychological knowledge to «cultivate» in students’ minds the understanding of learning as a means of self-development, a conscious attitude to future professional activity during the value of knowledge, the pursuit life and profession achievements. |
