The great problem in this "NR" it is the fact that it does not obligate the engineer to be the only one
responsible to do it. It opens to any person that if the entrepreneur founds him enough capable, he
can be determined to make Ltie prujecl. Wilti Ltial, must of the PPRA existents, are going down with their quality just because an errar in the law that might be urgently corrected. |
