Decided to implement the state anti-crisis plan. To stabilize the economy by the Government of the Russian Federation will be further allocated at least 1.4 trillion rubles. According to First Deputy Prime Minister II Shuvalov in the subjects of the federation until February 16 to be formed anti-crisis commission and develop a plan to respond to the crisis.
