description In order to realize collaborative automation running of equipments on fully-mechanized coal face, an automation control system of fully-mechanized coal face was designed, composition and function realization of three machine control system, belt conveyor control system, coal shearer control system, electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support and pump station control system were introduced. Application of the automation control system of fully-mechanized coal face realizes comprehensive information integration of the subsystems, and centralized equipment control of fully-mechanized coal face through centralized control system.
