Summary:This article defines and analyzes the literary and poetic excursus that passes since the decadentism to the modernity of the italian poetry, emphasizing the artistic figure of Guido Gozzano. Between the final of the eight hundred and the principle of the nine hundred the names of Giovanni Pascoli and Gabriele D´Annuzio become the Italian poetry exalted. The crepuscolari make the change; Italy opens to the modernity across the poetry, the language, and the thematic of Guido Gozzano.
