We have determined the mitochondrial genome of A. gossypii isolated from Leonurus japonicus in Korea. The circular mitogenome of A. gossypii is 16,044 bp, including 13 protein-coding genes, two ribosomal RNA genes, 22 transfer RNAs, and a single control region of 797 bp.
