Summary:The article discusses the current issues of leadership and team performance in business organizations. In conditions of dynamic changes, the actualization of teams’ advantages based on leadership is very important. Their implementation becomes possible due to coaching. The study conducted by the authors on a number of companies leads to the conclusion that the analysed approach is not only possible at those companies but also in their interest.
