Summary: | A software package consisting of a mobile application for data collection and a web application for saving and displaying data on damage and the condition of roads was developed. This software will be relevant for use in logistics, navigation systems, utilities and government organizations, and just in everyday life for drivers. During the design and development, alternatives were discovered and analyzed, which made it possible to highlight the functional capabilities that the system should possess. An algorithm has been developed for determining damage to the road surface, which will digitally reflect the degree of damage and mark it on the map using the coordinates of the global positioning system. This algorithm uses sensors available in any modern smartphone, such as an accelerometer, which makes the software widely available. |
