Very complex social relationships are formed and are related to the creation, use and transfer of cases of intellectual property rights. Hence derives the needs and obligations of all subjects to know and apply the norms valid to this branch of law which rounds relations arising in connection with a number of intellectual activities. Almost all the objects that surround us are someone’s creation and therefore intellectual property of its inventor. Originator is the one who devoted time, money, energy and knowledge to invent and create new things. Therefore, their use must be regulated by law. All these are the cases of intellectual property rights.
Intellectual property is divided into two basic categories:
• Industrial Property
• Copyright and Related Rights
Intellectual Property Rights were written and adopted worldwide for several important reasons. Their essential purpose is to: encourage the individual to create new inventions, provide recognition to inventors and creators, provide material rewards for intellectual property and ensure the availability of the original products. |
