Here, we report a case of a patient with squamous cell carcinoma of right side of the lower lip, who underwent radiotherapy after surgical excision of the tumor. One month post radiotherapy, multiple subcutaneous nodules appeared on his chest, abdomen, back, buttocks, and thighs. Pathological diagnosis of the excised subcutaneous nodule was suggestive of metastatic squamous cell carcinoma. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report on multiple subcutaneous metastases of squamous cell carcinoma of the lip. |
