Summary:The concern with social responsibility is increasingly present in organizations and can include both internal and external issues. The inclusion of people with disabilities is related to the policy of corporate social responsibility, and became well as a social issue, consisting of a legal requirement. This study aims to understand and identify the perceptions of employees with disabilities in relation to the process of inclusion in one of the largest ceramic industries in Latin America. The research is characterized as exploratory and adopted as method the case study. The main results showed that there is a good perception of employees regarding the process for inclusion in the company, and were featured favorable points, such as opportunity and exploitation. On the other hand, there are still some issues to be improved especially with respect to infrastructure and the inclusion process. However, even being identified some difficulties, the employees feel satisfied in your organization.
