| Summary: | In this research, we will approach Raduan Nassar writing, paying attention to the modus operandi of the writer. Considered a prose-poetic attempt we will for the textual fabric of the novel <em>Lavoura Arcaica</em>, published in 1975, in order to understand how they engendered the themes elected in a lyrical language set in prose, as well as analyze the ambivalence of discourses of the protagonists in this not often read work. Thus, we aimed to know a little more nassariana literary creation, whose artistic and literary writing takes into consideration dense and key issues for the human being, through a lyrical-poetic language very strong and in constant dialogue with other discourses.
