Description
Summary:The present work aims to publish for the first time the marginalia to Harpocration’s Lexicon mainly written by the humanist Lauro Quirini in the manuscript Laurentianus graecus Pluteus 58.4, attempting to describe their form and identify their sources, and to shed light on the importance of these annotations for the tradition of Harpocration’s Lexicon, given that they were variously integrated into the three copies of the work that used the Laur. gr. Plut. 58.4 as a model.
