In this environment, situation awareness that will both guide the following planning and decisions, and provide operational achievement, becomes a critical problem.
In this study, as a solution for this problem, an air force comparison model was developed using Delphi method and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). To demonstrate the feasibility of the model modular, flexible and reusable software, which was developed using JAVA programming language and eXtensible Mark-up Language (XML) by authors before, was utilized. This software can provide a real-time, dynamic force comparison during the simulation process by JTLS (Joint Theater Level Simulation) system integration. JTLS is a simulation system for supporting the staff training during war games in War Colleges Command. The software and the developed Fuzzy AHP model was utilized as a real-time decision support system in a war game. |
