Description
Summary:The rapid development of science and technology in the recent decades has led to the fact that men have mastered nature and achieved the unseen economic progress. However, this has resulted in environmental degradation to the extent that it brought into question the survival of civilization itself. The desire for profit has led to a fairly irresponsible behavior of companies, resulting in the destruction of natural resources and environmental degradation. This paper aims to draw attention to the environmental management system as a separate discipline. In more specific terms, that refers to the need for environmental and working environment management, while emphasizing the role of organizational culture in that process.
