Description
Summary:The association between trade and margin is not obvious. On the one hand geographers think too rarely to mobilize this sector of activity to understand the territorial processes. On the other hand, the subject of the margins seems contradictory to a geography of retail which, by definition, brings out the centres more than the territories in the background. The purpose of this text is precisely to show the fertility of this connection. The diversity of commercial activities and their evolutions makes it possible to observe, from various points of views, the possibilities of a territorial approach by margins.
