Studies on the critical period of floral differentiation and changes of endogenous hormone contents in the decapitated seedlings of cucumber(黄瓜去顶苗花分化临界期的确定及内源激素的动态变化)

通过在诱花和诱芽培养基之间转换培养,发现黄瓜去顶苗花分化临界期是培养后的第5至6天(即去顶后的3至4天).对花芽分化初期子叶节中内源激素质量分数的测定表明,IAA质量分数在花芽分化初期处于较低水平,ZT质量分数呈下降趋势,GA3质量分数则出现升-降-升的波动状态.ZT/IAA、GA3/IAA比值的变化趋势相似,0至2天上升,2至3天下降,3至4天再上升.根据实验结果,联系黄瓜去顶苗成花的形态变化过程,对激素质量分数变化与花芽分化之间的关系进行了讨论....
