description | The article is aimed at the scientific-theoretical substantiation of human capital parameters necessary for the implementation of innovative labor in the conditions of global transformations. The global threats that form a humancentric model of innovation activity are allocated. It is clarified that the resource provision of innovative labor is connected with the formation, development and use of human capital. As a result of application of the competency model of specialist, the qualitative parameters of the human capital necessary for expansion of innovative labor are defined. It is proved that human capital as an open system is constantly under the influence of the external environment, and its estimation combines quantitative-qualitative properties. Tendencies of change of human capital of Ukraine and their influence on the level of ensuring of competitiveness and innovative development are determined. The basic directions of formation of human capital of innovative type are suggested. Prospect for further research in this direction is to find effective methods and instruments to manage the process of human capital circulation in the interests of innovative modernization. |
