The present article will first define the research in management sciences, its stages, then it will present a synthesis of the different epistemological paradigms namely positivism, critical realism, scientific realism, pragmatic constructivism, interpretativism and constructivism in the sense of Guba and Lincoln. And finally, it will treat the guiding principles of justification of knowledge. |
