description Experience of treatment of 136 newborns with perinatal intracranial hemorrhage is resulted. Hemorrhage not accompanied by infringement cerebrospinal fluid circulation well give in to conservative therapy and the leading reason of negative results at them is the extracranial pathology. The infringements cerebrospinal fluid circulation at heavy intracranial hemorrhage are one of the leading factors worsening results of treatment of newborns in the early period. External closed supervised ventricular drainage is the most effective method of treatment heavy intracranial hemorrhage with non-communicating hydrocephalus.
