Summary:Resonance frequency and Q-value are the main characteristics of micro-machined vibrating ring gyroscopes. Asymmetry can cause mismatch of gyroscope made of single crystal silicon. This defect can lead to a large frequency consumption of normal mode of operation. To solve this problem, measurements must be made to diagnose the quality of the vibration ring supplied. This article describes the structure of the installation for measuring ring parameters.
