Description
Summary:Today, due to the rapid spatial physical changes in cities, urban land use planning is based on two principles of sustainable development values and enhancing the quality of life; It seeks to achieve goals such as balanced distribution of uses, preventing interference with intrusive activities, and developing appropriate standards and standards for use. To this end, evaluating the spatial distribution of intrusive businesses is essential to ensure that they are deployed rationally and that the necessary amenities are met in cities. According to the above approach, the purpose of the present study is to prioritize the areas of Zanjan city in order to organize and explain the spatial distribution of urban disturbing jobs. The research method is based on purpose of applied research and in terms of nature and method is descriptive-analytical research. The method of data collection is through library and field studies using an expert-based approach (interviewing 50 experts). To identify the spatial distribution pattern, the weighted geographic regression model and the Topsis model were used to determine the urban organization priorities. According to the results of the study, the pattern of dispersal in Zanjan city follows the cluster pattern and the population density plays a role in the type of dispersion pattern that is more concentrated in zone 9 of zone 2 and more in Islamabad area because of the main reasons. It can be attributed to the lack of employment of its residents in formal jobs, unemployment especially after 2011, low income, rural migration to the city, and migrant housing in the area due to the low cost of housing and the serious lack of attention by urban management to changing land use and activities.
