description Primary malignant neoplasms have been of great interest for a long time. A historical review mentioned the commoner combinations of organs and exemplified with primary cancer of the urinary bladder being associated with that of the uterine cervix, bowel, pharynx or prostate. The present study reports its association with the gall bladder. The rarity value of this combination is enhanced by the vesical growth being an adenocarcinoma which is itself a rare type in this organ.
