Description
Summary:An urgent task of criminalistics and related criminal procedure disciplines includes informational and reference support for investigative activities, which involves, among other things, the study of forms of communication of the results of scientific research to the addressee – the investigator or another participant in the criminal proceedings. Purpose: to form a theoretical model for informing the investigator and the interrogator by developing and implementing mobile applications with reference information, to compare approaches to the structure of criminalistic knowledge in Russia and foreign states. Methods: empirical methods of comparison, modeling, questioning. Results: the article reveals features of the Russian approach to the presentation of reference and methodological information (from general to specific, from big to small, etc.). In the author’s view, mobile directories should be organized under a chronological approach: according to sequences of actions of the addressee of such directories. The article identifies main positive signs of modern mobile directories: mobility, efficiency, the ability to function without connection to the Internet, the ability to synthesize heterogeneous sources.
