description | traffic is as undispensable aspect of human life as if it be mismanaged, it can be turn to a national disaster that will impress all demensions of community.besides, the fatalities of car accidents in the world especially in Iran says that the management of traffic safety is a national issue and solving that needs a national resolution. The aim of current research is to scrutinize the rate of impression of each single organization , in traffic safety in a way that the share of each organization in the decisional pyramid will be specified and by a inter-organizational relations the traffic safety be insured. The general council of traffic coordination consists of 8 organization for managing the traffic and each of them has a pre-specified duty in coordinating and managing the traffic; but the number organizations influencing on traffic is far more than the members of this council, so in addition to specifying the pattern of inter-organizational relations amongst the members of general council of traffic coordination, by the questionnaire submitted to high ranking managers of Tehran traffic police, the rate and state of effectiveness of 20 organizations that impress the traffic safety is specified and by the DELPHI approach the value of effectiveness of each item and the quantitative pattern of the role of every single of them is determined. Then by categorizing the state of their effectiveness to 4 types,the value and state of each organization in the respective time is determined and the due diagram is pictured. |
