Summary: | Atypical manifestations of SARS-CoV-2 infection are of particular importance in the pediatric population. Due to the lower number of reports in this group, the scale and spectrum of symptoms are still unknown. Skin lesions may precede the onset of the general symptoms of COVID-19 by up to several days. This article describes the case of an 8-year-old girl with skin lesions in the course of SARS-CoV-2 infection.
