It was also the perfect opportunity to inform the audience of the progress that Working Group VI of UNCITRAL, delegated to consider the Beijing Draft on Judicial Sales, was making. I am referring to what we now refer to as the “Draft Convention on the International Effects of Judicial Sale of Ships.'' |
