description This article analyzes the principles of integration law. The principle of mutual recognition is considered as a special principle of integration associations, which is the structure-forming basis of the integration law, forms and defines directions of legal harmonization. Formation of the mutual recognition principle testifies that integration law is a quite effective regulator of integration relations between states and allows to achieve that goals which participants set them selves, creating a single space.
