Summary: | This letter is an attempt to revisit Islamic doctrines to make people and societies around the globe aware of the importance of role modeling in health care set-up. The health professionals should impart qualities of a noble person, such as humility, politeness, passion, responsibility, consistency, and impartiality to impart positive synergy to colleagues and patients. (Akhyar, and Wilaela, 2018, pp. 154-165) The above qualities are exemplified in Islam as the personality of Ibadurrahman in the Holy Quran. These are ingredients for character education construction in building a civilization in society. (Akhyar, and Wilaela, 2018, pp. 154-165) This is of particular importance, especially now that we face the deterioration of role modeling in health care set up globally. Holy Quran says that “Indeed, in the Messenger of Allah you have an excellent example for whoever has hope in Allah and the Last Day, and remembers Allah often.” (Qur’an, 2020, Surah 33 (Al-Ahzab): Verse 21)
