Combining pMINFLUX, graphene energy transfer and DNA-PAINT for nanometer precise 3D super-resolution microscopy
Super-resolution microscopy with 3 nm resolution and sub-nanometer localization precision is achieved on DNA origami structures with DNA PAINT and L-PAINT, a novel scheme for fast super-resolution.
