Summary: | This study aims to analyze the perception of professors and students about the active methodologies used in the Administration and Economics courses of the Academic Unit of Serra Talhada - Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (UAST / UFRPE). It was conducted through a bibliographic research (Base Scielo) and hybrid, through the use of two online questionnaires, structured with 16 questions, containing a sample with 15 respondent professors, and another with 12 questions, containing a sample of 93 respondent students, from the courses studied. Thus, it is possible to verify, for the most part, there are professors with a degree in Administration, with 2 to 19 years of experience, and both, there are those who know about the active methodologies, but understand that they are not yet easily understood by the students. The directed studies, inverted classroom, seminars and debates come from the interest of the professors and are pointed out as the methods that most contribute to the individual and collective learning, mainly, by the difficulty in disciplines with predominance in calculations. |
